Touch screen calibration: cross hair positions

  • For a 800x480 screen, the touch calibration cross hairs appear at 400,240 (centre) and then at 160,96 160,384 640,384 and 640,96
So the offset is always 20% of width and height - is this correct? And where does the 20% come from? Is that hardwired in the calibration application or can I find that in the registry somewhere?

  • Hello,

these values are hard coded by tchproxy (microsoft). I also
think it will bring no improvement to move the crosses anywhere. If you have
problems with the touch maybe you can send use one sample (Display+touch+all
connectors to PicoMODA5+description of mal function). We will have a look for improvements.
