Hello,
The name of the file is fs_canbusio.h.
This file is included in the SDK. You can find it in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows CE Tools\SDKs\FSVYBRID_WEC2013\Sdk\IncRgeards

Hm strange,
i deinstalled (fs_canbusio.h disapears!) and reinstalled developer suit and found the file under the SDKs install directory. Can you please reinstall or recheck? Because we had have only two SDK versions until now and in my case both version contain the file i assume an incomplete installation in your case!
By the way, also my CE6- and EC7 SDK installations contain this file!
