• Hello,

what do the ethernet LEDs LED00 and LED01 on PicoCore MX8MN with onboard switch realy indicate? Does Blinker mean link/activity? I cannot find any information about Intel GSW120 ethernet switch on the internet.

    Thank you for quick reply.

    Best regards,

    Daniel

  • Hello,

LED0 is an activity LED. LED01 is't connected. Please have a look at the hardware documention PicoCoreMX8MM for comparisation.

  • Hello,

our new board variants 5 and 6 of PicoCoreMX8MM have 2xLan. In this case both LEDs should be configurable by the kernel driver.

  • Hello,

how are the ethernet LEDs linked on your new revision of PicoCore MX8MM-V5-LIN to the KSZ9893R ethernet switch?

With your reference LED1_0 and LED1_1 it seems to be that both LEDs are linked to port 2. I know there is an issue in revision 1.1 but how is it wired physically on Rev. 1.2?

    Thank you for reply.

    Best regards,

    Daniel

  • Hello,

That issue is solved with the new revision 1.2. You are right, it is still wrong in the HW-Document and it needs to be updated.

    In the new version;

ETH_LED_A is connected to LED1_0 Pin (activity LED)

ETH_LED_B is connected to LED2_0 Pin (activity LED)

We are going to update our documents as soon as possible. Thank you for your feedback.
