Connection of the JTAG pins when PicoMOD does not start.

You have to connect the JTAG /TRST pin to the system reset to get the PicoMOD running (see page 12 of starter-kit schematic, /TRST connected to /PONRES through R33).
The other JTAG pins can be left unconnected.
