How Can I load a new Eboot .When I press 'd' picocom wants me wait all day.

I would like to use an optical encoder (human interface) with picocom2 in C#. I need to use interrupt on pin IO20 and IO21.
Can somebody help and tell me how can I acces to interrupt of this ports in c#.Now I can read state of this pins.

C# driver of I2C, SPI, CAN used with PicoCOM2
C# driver of I/O and other interfaces are not available
If somebody have c# driver of PICOCOM2 interface please let me know .I can't write good classes to access to I/O.

Can somebody tell for me where can I find a PicoCom2 SDK ,becouse I was visit all fs-net.de links and fs-net.de/download/bin/ .There are sdk for other modules but not for PicoCom2. Thank you !
