Hello Michele,
it looks like the connection cable is wrong. We offer two different cables, where the I2C Signals are crossed or not.
Please send an E-Mail to our sales department, they will provide you the right one.
We are very sorry for this mistake.

There may be various problems after the update to Windows 10. The solutions to some of the problems are listed here:
Problem 1:
The USB drivers for F&S boards which are needed to use NetDCUUSBLoader.exe are not installed, because the driver has no signature.
Solution:
Start Command prompt:
"shutdown.exe /r /o /f /t 00" -> The PC will make an Restart
Choose the following options:
"Troubleshoot"
"Advanced options"
"Startup Settings"
"Restart"
Type "7"
Now you can install the driver
Problem 2:
The installation of .Net FrameWork 3.5 fails.
Solution:
Delete everything under: C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
Plug in the Windows 10 Installation Stick
From Admin Command prompt, run:
"Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup"
"DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:D:\sources\sxs"
Problem 3:
Remote Desktop doesn't work
Solution:
Open:
Windows Control panel
Windows Firewall

Now activate Remote Desktop

You can connect the RTC battery exactly the same way as connecting it to a ArmStoneA5.
The armStoneA9R2 provides an 5 pin header to connect VBAT on pin 2. Optionally there is an 10 pin header, where you can connect the RTC battery on pin 1 and 2.

Hello,
as we found out, we mounted the wrong diode on the adapter board.
Please send the boards back to the RMA-Department, so we can fix this bug.

Dear Joachim,
the efusA9-Windowssoftware doesn´t support the RTC yet.
In future Versions the function will be implemented.
