I'am using the PcioMod4 with Windows CE 6.0. I'am connected with Putty via ethernet.
Sometimes/often commands like cd, dir or ndcucfg does not work:

That really looks dubious. Could you please test if the "regular" windows telnet programm causes the same behaviour? Maybe the Device Spy Utility might be helpful for you.

The "regular" windows telnet program seems to work.
It seems that to combination of Putty and the PicoMod unfortunately not work.

Maybe it's just the settings in Putty. For example if there is RTS/CTS active then the connection may work in one direction but not in the other direction.
