DIO Read/Write Port dialog based application

This is a small dialog based sample application that easily demonstrates how to access the DIO driver. Even without taking a deeper look into the source code, this programm can help to test the current DIO configuration.

Utility has been updated. Now also supportes testing of IRQ capabilities.
