Hello,
i once had the same problem on a W7 maschine. I resolve it be deinstall SDK and install it again via command line. Fault: it was in a workshop and i forget to store the solution, but think simplest call of msiexec will make it work, refer http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-u…op/aa367988(v=vs.85).aspx.
Please keep my informed. Thanks.
I found the a solution.
You must install an update for windows 7.
The Visual Studio 2005 Service Pack 1 Update for Windows Vista addresses areas of Visual Studio impacted by Windows Vista enhancements.

Now I have the same problem with VS2008 on Win7. PicoMod6 Core SDK I can install and find without problems but NetDCU8 is not possible. I have deinstalled and installed several times also by commandline with msiexec without sucess.
Hello,
did you try follwing http://geekswithblogs.net/Bruc…n-visual-studio-2008.aspx?
I think this is very close to you problem?
Does it help?
PS: you can also use PicoMOD6 SDK for development on NetDCU because architecture is the same (armv4i). The problem may be to convert the project (i would try to create and deploy a template project with the same name and afterwards add the old files into the new project).
Thanks a lot. Following the instruction of the link works fine. For NetDCU8 SDK it is possible to use the "Complete" installation with documentation.
