About Threads and F&S boards perfomance

    Hello,
    I'm using Picocom2 board and a VS2005 application for HMI.
    In my application I have 2 threads: UI thread with VGA LCD and one CAN thread for receiving information from other boards, and it's working fine (considering Picocom2 perfomance its not very high).
    Now I have to include a third thread with relative fast response (priority) for another task.
    For this third task, I tested a Thread.timer with about 20ms, but then UI on picocom2 become slow and it's not responsive.


    I have several questions:


    1) It's a picocom2 perfomace or no F&S/WinCE board can manage Thread.timer with about 10ms-20ms and have fast UI response ?
    2) If yes, wich F&S board ca be used instead of picocom2 for my application ?
    2) It's a WinCE limitation ? Can default UI thread priority be changed ?
