is it possible to read out the mac-address from the vybrid-core? by reading at an specify hardwareaddress,
or is it only possible via functions of Windows.h & Iphlpapi.h?

No, you may read it direct from registry but i would not do this. I would use OS functions.
If you change the board also the Network Adapter may change ... ! -

Yes, but "GetAdaptersInfo" is obsolet wec7 and wec2013 should also support "GetAdaptersAddresses".
