I would like to dump an image of WIndows CE on an Armstone A5 and flash that image on other boards for the same application.
It would help me to save time during the configuration of the device we produce.

sorry this is not possible.
But you can do this in two steps:
1. Configure system via NetDCUUSBLoader (kernel, bootloaders, psd (special bootloader settings like partitioning)) can be performed via nbi-file.
2. Configure registry and filesystem via batch-file or another external tool (launched via USB host, SD Card, Ethernet, ...).
Depending on "step2" it will take less then one minute per board.It is also possible to include "step2" into a custom image. We offer custom images as service. Also you can built your own custom image using the BSP - but we do not support questions about Microsoft Platformbuilder and how to handle BSPs!
Also you should think about if it make (always) sense to include all parts of an application into an image. How to handle updates? Memory will be waste. So in general i would prefer two step for configure a board.
