Optical encoder and interrupt C#

Hi!

I would like to use an optical encoder (human interface) with picocom2 in C#. I need to use interrupt on pin IO20 and IO21.
Can somebody help and tell me how can I acces to interrupt of this ports in c#.Now I can read state of this pins.

You can use pinvoke on DeviceIoControl (and CreateFile) and use interrupt functionality like used in c/c++

TYPE1: 2-Bit quadrature and push action.
