Hello,
follower of "ActiveSync" is called "Mobile Device Center". The "Mobile Device Center" works with W7 32/64bit, you can download latest version from MS Download Center.
Just tried to connect my PicoCom4 to a Windows 7 64bit machine using WMDC 6.1.6965 and the PicoCOM4 is not recognised as a WinCE device. The driver VID0x045E PID 0x00CE is enumerated to be the following on the machine:-
Generic Serial(PROTOTYPE--ReRemember to change idVendor)
Windows XP Activesync 4.5 enumerates without any issues.
Do I need a driver for Windows 7 from f&s??

No, we at F&S use also W7/64Bit without problems. And I have also installed WMDC 6.1.6965. Is your W7 maschine up-to-date? Can you try another W7 Maschine/USB port?
