    Hello,

I've placed a battery CR2032 in the battery holder of the starter kit, but after every switching off the date and time are lost and I've to set it new to the correct value.
Is there a problem with the battery power for the RTC on the starterkit at the moment?
    How can I solve this?

    Best regards
    Joachim

    Dear Joachim,

the efusA9-Windowssoftware doesn´t support the RTC yet.
In future Versions the function will be implemented.

    Best regards

What about the armStone Boards. We have the same issue here.

    Thanks,

What is the issue? Is it just not implemented, or is there no RTC onboard?

Can we access via I2C? We need the correct time after booting the device, otherwise we can not do anything.

    Is there any solution?

    Thanks,
    Rainer

We have implemented alreay in another platform, I think we just need configure Pins, then it should work.

A patch is not available for RTC update, we muss generate a new kernel. If you need RTC update immediately, perhaps I can give you a kernel of test-Version.

In about 2 weeks it would be great if we have a tested solution. So if you can provide a testversion now, this would help us a lot.

    Thanks!

This problem is fixed since image version 0,80.
Please take a look at the changelog for our iMX6 kernel to get more information.
