At the moment I use VS 2008 to develop for WCE 6.0 R3 on a PicoCOMA5 device. Now I would like to switch to the new VS 2013. I found that VS 2013 is compatible with WEC 7 and WEC 2013, but nothing about WCE 6. Is WCE 6 not possible?
no VS2012/13 is only usable with WCE2013. Neither WCE6R3 nor WEC7 are usable under VS2012/13. Compiler and hence generated code is complete different, for details refer MSDN.
