Touch problems on new 11.2 boards

    wanted to ask what's about issue 2213?

    1. 0002213: [Touch driver] Touch coordinate depends extremely on the pressure and are very inaccurately on bigger panels


    Some of our customers have problems with the touch. They told me that the touch does not react always when they press.
    Sometimes they have to press up to ten times until they see a reaction.
    I haven't such strong problems but sometimes I also have to press 2-3 times until it works.


    I have seen issue 2213 in the roadmap and would like to ask if there is maybe soon an update which probably solves also my problem?

    at the time we have no fix deadline for resolve this issue. Because a lot of customers use SVGA and XGA LCDs with NetDCU9.2/11.2 and touch without problems.
    Maybe we should try it first to resolve the issue be modification of drivers WCE Registry settings.


    Which additional settings are adjusted at the time?

    at the moment, I'm using following settings for touch in Registry:

    3. reg set value MinCalibrationPointCount dword 5
    4. reg set value PollUpTimeMultiplier dword 1
    5. reg set value TouchSamples dword 2
    6. reg open \HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\KEYBD
    7. reg set value Status dword 0

    still waitin for an improvement/solution/workaround.
    Is there maybe an update for driver which I could test/use?
    It's terrible to press sometimes several times on touch to get an action on display.

    Sorry we have no new dirver.
    Is it possible to send us a complete test enviroment (display+touch+all required cables) that we can direct connect to a NetDCU SKIT and which shows the problem?
    Because this problem is not widespread i assume this is the best way for get a resolution.
